The partners of the Bielefeld GenoMik-Plus network are affiliated with 15 universities, 3 research institutes and 3 companies located in the states or city states Bavaria, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Berlin, Hesse, Lower-Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia, respectively. The network bundels the excellence of the partners in the research fields bioinformatics, biotechnology, genetics, microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology as well as chemistry of natural compounds.
